ApprovedVerna Taylor, hearing aid specialist and owner of Verna’s Hearing Care Center in Hermiston, OR, has proudly served Umatilla and Morrow Counties for 20+ years. A licensed hearing specialist, she began in hearing healthcare marketing before discovering a passion for helping people with hearing loss. Verna is a member of the Oregon Hearing Society, where she served 5 years on the board, and the International Hearing Society. She stays atop hearing aid innovations and provides effective care so patients can hear more clearly and live more confidently. Outside the office, Verna treasures time with her 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
EJ Morelos, a hearing instrument specialist (HIS) trainee at Verna’s Hearing Care Center in Hermiston, OR, enjoys helping community members along the path to better hearing health. She is attending Spokane Community College in the IHIS program and has earned her temporary dispensing license. Bilingual in Spanish and English, EJ helps our team make hearing care even more accessible across the region we serve. She is also proudly serving her country as a member of the National Guard.
Jameela Jaimes is a hearing instrument specialist (HIS) trainee at Verna’s Hearing Care Center in Hermiston, OR. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Jameela helps support clear communication with patients throughout the region. She is currently enrolled in an IHIS program as she works toward earning her dispensing license. Jameela enjoys the opportunity to grow in the hearing healthcare field while helping provide a welcoming experience for patients.
