ApprovedDr. Olivia Patterson earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. A Fort Wayne native, she has always wanted to help others. As an undergraduate, she discovered the hearing care field through volunteer work and never looked back. She then furthered her new passion by working at a nonprofit hearing clinic in her senior year. Now with several years of experience as a licensed audiologist under her belt, she is setting roots in Indianapolis, on a mission to help change lives for the better. Outside the office, Dr. Patterson prioritizes family time with her husband, Jacob, and their dog, Floyd.
Dr. Rosinko has been a trusted member of the Professional Hearing Services team for over a decade, proudly serving Indianapolis and central Indiana communities with personalized, patient-first hearing care. Known for her expertise and calming presence, Dr. Rosinko is committed to helping patients and their families feel confident when making important decisions about their hearing health. “I’m grateful to be part of the area’s longest-serving Audiologist-owned practice, where our care model centers around each individual’s needs, follows clinical and patient best practices, and truly improves lives.” Outside the clinic, Dr. Rosinko enjoys watching sports, working on home improvement projects and building models with her husband, and exploring new local restaurants with friends and family.
Dr. O’Connor earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University, then her Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. After nearly 20 years practicing in a variety of clinical settings, Dr. O’Connor finally fulfilled her dream to own a private practice in 2004, continuing the legacy of Professional Hearing Services, as its second owner. In addition to being a seasoned Indy 500 ticket holder, Dr. O’Connor enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Erin O’Connor is a committed and compassionate audiology assistant on the Professional Hearing Services team. Honoring a strong legacy of service – her mom, Suzanne O’Connor, Au.D., is the practice owner and a trusted Doctor of Audiology – Erin is very passionate about continuing her mother’s high standards for patient care. Erin’s background includes a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and experience in interior design and education. She initially filled a part-time role with the practice while still teaching but enjoyed audiology so much she stayed on full time. Outside the office, Erin enjoys cookouts, road trips with her dog, and quality time with friends and family.
Sydney Higgins is a warm and welcoming patient care coordinator on the Professional Hearing Services team. Passionate about uplifting the community around her, she values the opportunities the hearing care field provides for helping improve others’ lives. Her accomplished background includes a Bachelor of Science in community health from Indiana University Bloomington. She has worked in a senior living facility and brings compassion and a strong sense of customer service to everything she does. Outside the office, Sydney enjoys ballet and weightlifting. You might also find her singing to her favorite musicals or spending time with her family; friends; and beloved Chihuahua, Socko.
Working with an Audiologist that follows best practices (just like Dr. Cliff does in his clinics) is the key to a life-transforming hearing care experience.
That’s why our network was created, to help people just like you find a local audiologist that follows Best Practices.
