    Megan Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders from Southern Illinois University in 2002 and her Master of Science in audiology from Washington University School of Medicine in 2004. She also holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology. Since joining Hearing Consultants as an audiologist in 2010, Megan has taken on a variety of leadership roles, including the Newborn Hearing Screening Program manager, and is currently the practice owner and director of audiology. She also serves as a pediatric audiologist on the Missouri Newborn Hearing Screening Standing Committee.

    Dr. Taylor Turner attended Missouri State University and earned her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders in 2017 and her Doctor of Audiology in 2021. After completing a fourth-year externship with Hearing Consultants in 2020–2021 and finishing her graduate studies, she joined our team as a full-time audiologist. As a child with hearing loss, Dr. Turner developed an early curiosity about ear health. In her journey to understand what was happening with her own ears, she also discovered a love for helping others with similar experiences.

    Dr. Victoria Lenhard earned her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders from Southeast Missouri State University and her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Memphis. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology and brings robust experience in private practice focused on issues such as hearing, dizziness, and balance. Dr. Lenhard’s passions for hearing wellness, Deaf culture, speech language pathology, and audiology ignited in college. She pursued elective classes in sign language, which introduced her to the world of communication sciences and disorders, leading her to a career she adores.

    Dr. Chelsea Tisckos earned her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders and her Doctor of Audiology from Missouri State University. Her diverse professional experience spans otology physicians’ offices, private practices, and various roles in audiology focusing on diagnostics, hearing aids, and vestibular care. Dr. Tisckos holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology and thrives on problem-solving and creating outside-the-box solutions to help patients hear their best. She uses humor to create a welcoming environment for patients, recognizing that challenges like hearing loss can be especially difficult.

      • Custom Earplugs and Earmolds
        Creation and fitting of custom-made earplugs for hearing protection, swimming, musicians, and other specific needs. Also includes earmolds for hearing aids or in-ear monitors.
      • Hearing Aid Fitting and Repair
        Selection, fitting, and programming of hearing aids to address hearing loss. This includes counseling on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.

        Comprehensive assessments to evaluate hearing abilities, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.
      • Pediatric Audiology

      • Tinnitus Evaluation and Management
        Assessment, counseling, and development of strategies to manage tinnitus (ringing or buzzing sound in the ears).
