    Audiologist Dr. Michelle Woodward co-owns Hearing Care Partners, a thriving practice with seven locations across Missouri. She has a master’s degree from Western Illinois University and an audiology doctorate from Arizona School of Health Sciences. With more than 26 years of experience in audiology, Dr. Woodward is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered health care. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She also serves as the volunteer clinical director of the Healthy Hearing Program for the Missouri Special Olympics, supporting athletes through comprehensive hearing health care and providing access to services. In her free time, she enjoys living life on the family farm with her husband and traveling to see her daughters in Florida and Washington.

She holds both associate and bachelor’s degrees in health information management and brings a strong clinical foundation to patient care, along with certifications as a nurse’s aide, medical coder, and biller. Kaitlyn is passionate about helping patients reconnect with the sounds of everyday life and values the meaningful moments that come with improved hearing. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, especially exploring the outdoors on their farm.

Kat brings experience from mental health, higher education, and IT settings, along with a strong passion for patient care. Outside the office in Chillicothe, her favorite nights are family nights with her husband, two children, and their dogs, Zeus and Piper.

She holds an associate degree and is a licensed audiology assistant. Audrey is passionate about helping others stay connected through better hearing and serving her community. Outside the office, she and her husband stay busy supporting their four children’s activities. She also enjoys reading, puzzles, and anything that challenges her mind.
