Hearing Associates of South Carolina – Aiken

Dr. Sherri Little, owner of Hearing Associates of South Carolina, has spent over 35 years providing patients with exceptional care. She has a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, a Doctor of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, is board-certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has received multiple awards, including Audigy Outstanding Practice Awards and Aiken’s Best of the Best honors. In her spare time, Dr. Little enjoys traveling with her husband, following college sports, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Brady Francis, owner of Hearing Associates of South Carolina, is passionate about providing the community with exceptional patient-focused care. Inspired by his parents who are both doctors of audiology, Brady joined HASC and then pursued a master’s degree in business administration. He is now focused on building relationships with patients, so they feel heard and cared for at all points of their hearing journey. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his dog Kai, playing soccer, going to the gym, and cheering on the Vols during the fall season!

Hannah Rae Escobar’s passion for audiology began at an early age when she saw the benefits of speech therapy for her older brother with autism. Now, she enjoys helping patients improve their hearing and quality of life. Dr. Escobar received her Doctor of Audiology from East Carolina University, is board-certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Outside the office, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog, Nami.

Jessica Mahaffey is an award-winning audiologist, recognized as a South Carolina Outstanding Clinical Audiologist and Aiken’s Top Doc. She received her doctorate in audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi, is board-certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is also an adjunct professor at South Carolina State University in the Speech Pathology and Audiology department. Outside of her work with patients, Dr. Mahaffey loves traveling, cooking, kayaking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her doggo, Ella.

Lauren Harris, an award-winning audiologist, has a lifetime of experience with hearing care. Being born deaf, she has witnessed firsthand the benefits of cochlear implants from an early age. She eventually decided to follow her calling of becoming an audiologist and serve others with similar experiences. She earned her clinical doctorate in audiology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and is board-certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Harris is also a HearStrong Champion and recipient of numerous other awards. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring Aiken with her husband and three dogs, baking, writing for her blog Hearing Lauren, and riding horses.

Bonnie Culbertson has taught at schools in Aiken for over 40 years. She brings her background in education to support patients at Hearing Associates of South Carolina and still substitutes for several elementary schools in the area on occasion. When she’s not at school or in the office, she loves to read, go to the beach, play with her two dogs, and spend time with her four grandchildren.

Abbi Oller brings a well-rounded background to her role as front office staff. With experience in office management, insurance coding and billing, and audiology-specific training, Abbi enjoys creating a welcoming experience for patients. She loves seeing the impact improved hearing can have on people’s lives. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved pit mix, Kiko. Staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors, and exploring her creative side are a few of her favorite hobbies.

Veronica Dingerson brings her extensive customer service background, certification as an audiology assistant, and strong passion for helping others to her role on the front office team. She loves witnessing how hearing care can transform lives and delights in supporting people through that process. Outside the office, she treasures time with her three children, beloved dog, and three cats. She also enjoys spending time in the garden with her kiddos.
