Alex Crippin, President of Hearing Associates, holds a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University in Psychology. With a background that blends counseling and technology, he leads the practice with a focus on patient-centered care and team development. Born in Sioux City, Iowa, and raised in Storm Lake, Alex now lives in Mason City with his wife, Laura, and their two children, Lincoln and London.
Dr. Tanya Harper Rowe earned a Bachelor of Arts in speech and hearing science from the University of Iowa, a Master of Arts in audiology from Northwestern University, and a Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences. A native of Hampton, Iowa, she was introduced to audiology through a student internship at Hearing Associates. She now lives in Mason City with her husband, John. They enjoy traveling to see their three sons, Jared, Jordan, and Justin.
Dr. Christine Heintskill received her Bachelor of Applied Arts in communication disorders and her Doctor of Audiology from Central Michigan University. Her clinical interest in audiology began during a placement while pursuing speech-language pathology. Now practicing in Iowa and Minnesota, she offers diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care. She lives in Fertile with her husband, Keegan, their two children, and three dogs. She enjoys hiking, camping, sewing, and cultivating her indoor-plant collection.
Dr. Bryce Phillips earned a Bachelor of Science in social work from Brigham Young University – Idaho, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and a Doctor of Audiology from the University of North Texas. He discovered audiology while working in social services and enjoys helping patients of all ages improve communication. He lives in Mason City, Iowa, with his wife, Kristen, and their four children – William, Emily, Fredrik, and Katelyn. He enjoys movies and family hikes.
