    Dr. Maria Morrison is a licensed audiologist who earned her doctorate from Salus University in 2006. Maria is one of the few audiologists in the state who is clinically trained and able to provide TRT (Tinnitus Retraining Therapy), a method of treating tinnitus (ringing in your ears or head). Her clinical experience includes a major metropolitan hospital, a private ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat), practice and a community hospital. Dr. Morrison’s compassion toward her patients and vast understanding of the auditory systems allows her to provide excellent care to her patients. A believer in best practices, she has extensive knowledge of the auditory system, disorders, and treatments available.

    Rich Bicbic is a licensed audiologist who earned his master’s degree in audiology from Northern Illinois University in 1996. He has had extensive experience working in a large hospital, ENT offices, private practice and school settings. Rich has a passion for working with pediatrics, and is involved with deaf students here in Illinois, as well as deaf refugee children abroad. At Geneva Hearing Services, Rich enjoys working with patients and their families to improve communication abilities and quality of life. Fluent in American Sign Language, he has worked extensively with people who utilize manual communication.

    Dr. Lia Ziemann received her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2016. Dr. Ziemann is a cochlear implant specialist and enjoys helping patients navigate that journey. She values her relationships with her patients and enjoys working with them and their families to improve the quality of their lives through better hearing. Always adhering to best practices, she takes great joy in educating her patients and the community about the most recent advancements in hearing loss and hearing preservation.

    Dr. Faaria Quraishi earned her audiology doctorate from Northern Illinois University and completed her fourth-year externship at Geneva Hearing Services. Now a full-time audiologist on the team, she provides comprehensive care for all ages with a focus on diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and audiologic counseling. Dr. Quraishi is passionate about building strong relationships with patients, helping them feel heard and supported throughout their hearing care journey. Her clinical approach blends compassion with evidence-based best practices to ensure personalized, high-quality care. Outside the clinic, Dr. Quraishi enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing with a good show.
