    Dr. Jillian Wiley received dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Syracuse University and her doctorate from SUNY University at Buffalo, in New York. She joined Finger Lakes Hearing Center in 2021. She is s fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in the state of New York. She feels that providing excellent care is achieved through the use of best practices in all stages of a patient’s journey.

    A native of New York state, she has loved returning to Central New York with her husband, Andrew. She and her husband are proud parents of a daughter, Elliana. Dr. Wiley enjoys hiking, reading, and experimenting with new cuisines in her free time.

        Comprehensive assessments to evaluate hearing abilities, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.
      • Industrial Audiology
        Workplace hearing evaluations, noise exposure assessments, and recommendations for hearing conservation programs to prevent occupational hearing loss.
      • Pediatric Audiology
        Specialized services for children, including hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and educational support for parents and caregivers.
