    Jamie Koch, a Colorado native, holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Pacific University. She gained valuable experience through her externship at the Marion Downs Center in Denver and a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Fellowship. Driven by an unwavering passion for providing access to hearing health care, Dr. Koch believes that personalized care and attention are key. She aims to build meaningful connections with her patients, taking the time to truly understand their unique needs, concerns, and goals. In her free time, she cherishes moments spent with family and friends.

    Jennifer La Borde, a distinguished University of Colorado graduate, has been a hearing care provider and specialist since 2002. Joining our staff in 2005, she is co-owner of Boulder County’s longest-serving hearing care practice. Jennifer’s passion for human connections and communication emerged during her ASL studies and interactions with the Deaf community. This led her to study speech, language, and hearing sciences, deepening her commitment to improving lives through better hearing. A 30-year ballet veteran, she also enjoys dancing the Argentine tango with her husband and spending time with their son. ASL remains a big part of her life, enriching her patient interactions and enhancing the care she provides.

Earning her degree from the University of Northern Colorado, she has since devoted her career to transforming lives through speech therapy, optimizing classroom audio, and fostering an enhanced quality of life through improved hearing. Chelsea’s love for music and her commitment to community engagement drives her to connect clients with meaningful sounds. Beyond her professional endeavors, she collects vinyl records, attends concerts, and cherishes time with her loved ones. She and her husband, whom she met at Red Rocks, enjoy travel and outdoor adventures with their two sons.
