ApprovedDr. McGlothlin graduated magna cum laude from Harding University with a Bachelor of Arts in communication disorders and earned her Doctor of Audiology at the University of Tennessee. She completed her clinical fellowship at the Children’s HEAR Center in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in pre-cochlear implant evaluations. Returning to Nashville, Dr. McGlothlin gained extensive experience at Middle Tennessee ENT and Metro Nashville Public Health. Since 2011, she has operated her own practice, dedicated to improving hearing health across Mt. Juliet and Nashville. A fellow of both the American and Tennessee Academies of Audiology, she actively engages with local community organizations.
With more than 20 years’ experience in customer service and project management, Carrie Fox brings skill and precision to her work in hearing care. A Nashville native, she has been part of the Elite Audiology & Hearing Care team since 2023. Carrie began as a Patient Care Coordinator, where her dedication and attention to detail quickly stood out. Inspired by her growing passion for hearing health, she pursued additional training through the International Hearing Society’s Hearing Health Sciences program, earning her credentials as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is committed to helping patients live their best through healthier hearing and values the opportunity to serve her community.
Working with an Audiologist that follows best practices (just like Dr. Cliff does in his clinics) is the key to a life-transforming hearing care experience.
That’s why our network was created, to help people just like you find a local audiologist that follows Best Practices.

Reconnect with everything you’ve been missing. The Guided Hearing Experience is the first step to understanding whether you may have hearing loss, and is a helpful way to prepare for a full evaluation with a certified provider.

Untreated hearing loss can slowly affect more than communication. It can increase the risk of isolation, impact mood, and contribute to cognitive decline over time. The good news is that taking the first step toward understanding your hearing is simple and empowering.

Hearing is complex, and an online screener only tells part of the story. HearingLoss.com–certified professionals provide the highest level of clinical and patient care to give you a complete and meaningful understanding of your hearing.
