Dr. Hillary Carter is the owner and an audiologist at Comprehensive Hearing Services. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of South Dakota, then headed to Salus University for her doctorate in audiology. Dr. Carter moved to Helena to be closer to family and joined our practice in 2007, becoming owner in 2009. She and her husband, who works for the state of Montana, enjoy raising their children and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and skiing. Dr. Carter is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Montana Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has served on several boards, including The Salvation Army and Audigy’s Member Advisory Board.
Dr. Marilyn Hildreth has dedicated over 25 years to improving lives through better hearing. She earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida and holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from California State University, Long Beach. Her career experience spans clinical care, education, and business development for a major hearing aid manufacturer. Inspired by her experience with a loved one’s hearing loss, Dr. Hildreth understands its impact on families and prioritizes patient-centered care. She values direct patient interaction and the joy of improving lives through beter hearing.
Emily Hanson, a licensed hearing instrument specialist, brings her expertise and compassionate care to her patients daily. Dedicated to improving the hearing health of her community, Emily offers personalized support with hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and ongoing care. She is actively involved in the Helena community, serving on the Parent-Teacher Organization at Warren Elementary School and volunteering regularly with Toys for Tots. She organizes food/clothing drives and school events and assists various local organizations. In her free time, Emily enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two boys and is a passionate sports fan, especially rooting for her Oklahoma City Thunder.
