    Angie loves working with patients and brings 10 years’ experience in the medical field, including past tenure as a chiropractic assistant. With a can-do spirit and passion for helping others, she enjoys welcoming people at our Ocean Pines and Salisbury locations. Outside the office, Angie cherishes time with family, which includes her fiance and adult son. You might also find her visiting the beach, kayaking, playing video games, or heading to a Renaissance fair in her pink Cadillac, an ode to her favorite color.

    Jada Handy is a dedicated patient care coordinator at our Salisbury and Ocean Pines offices. With a strong foundation in healthcare since age 18, she began as a CNA Trainee at TidalHealth and later gained valuable experience in a pediatric office. Jada aspires to pursue her dream of becoming an occupational therapist, with plans to resume her educational journey once her 1-year-old son starts school. Jada’s passion for both patient care and family shows in all she does. Her favorite past-times are spending time with her son and learning Spanish. Learning a new language enables her to communicate with more patients and will eventually allow her to teach her son, giving him more opportunities as well.

    Layne Hartsig is a patient care coordinator greeting patients in our Ocean Pines and Salisbury offices. She has been in customer service for six years and enjoys helping people! She started out working as a lifeguard and pool manager, then worked at a physical therapy clinic as an office assistant. When she is not helping patients, Layne spends most of her time surfing at the beach. She loves spending time with her family and friends and is always up for new adventures.

    Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology and audiology in 2024 at Towson University, where she also served as a research assistant investigating adolescent traumatic brain injury. With every class Lindsey took toward her degree, her interest grew in the hearing side of her major. The audiology field’s wide-ranging opportunities to change lives for the better fulfill her passion for helping others hear and communicate their best. Before transferring to Towson, Lindsey played NCAA Division I lacrosse at Furman University. Outside the office, she loves coaching the game and has previously worked as a high school lacrosse head coach. She also enjoys spending time at the beach.

      As the oldest private practice audiology group in Maryland, we provide comprehensive hearing care services, including evaluations, auditory rehabilitation, hearing aids, and more in Salisbury.       • Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
        Recommendations and fitting of ALDs such as personal amplifiers, FM systems, or loop systems to improve hearing in specific listening situations.
      • Auditory Rehabilitation
        Individualized programs to help individuals with hearing loss develop better communication strategies and improve listening skills.
      • Balance Assessments
        Evaluation of balance and vestibular function, including videonystagmography (VNG), electronystagmography (ENG), and posturography tests.
      • Counseling and Education
        Information and support regarding hearing loss, hearing conservation, communication strategies, and coping mechanisms for individuals and their families.
      • Custom Earplugs and Earmolds
        Creation and fitting of custom-made earplugs for hearing protection, swimming, musicians, and other specific needs. Also includes earmolds for hearing aids or in-ear monitors.
      • Hearing Aid Fitting and Repair
        Selection, fitting, and programming of hearing aids to address hearing loss. This includes counseling on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
      • Hearing Evaluations
        Comprehensive assessments to evaluate hearing abilities, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.
      • Pediatric Audiology
        Specialized services for children, including hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and educational support for parents and caregivers.
      • Tinnitus Evaluation and Management
        Assessment, counseling, and development of strategies to manage tinnitus (ringing or buzzing sound in the ears).
