    Jami received her degrees from Baylor University, and A.T. Still University-AHSC. Jami has been providing expert care and honest answers since 1987. She is a member of American Speech Hearing Association, American Academy of Audiology, and Past President for the Texas Academy of Audiology. She specializes in Cochlear Implants, and Bone Anchored hearing implants. Jami stays updated with the latest advancements in the field and has been honored with a Partner Award and has shared in many clinic awards like the Collins Operational Effectiveness, Team First Impression and the Outstanding Practice Achievement Award. Outside of work, Jami loves to scuba dive, cook, and spoil her grandchildren.

    Courtney is a dedicated professional, known for her compassionate care and commitment to helping patient’s improve their lives. She holds degrees in Emergency Medical Services from NE Texas Community College, and Senior Living Management from SW Adventist University. As a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, Courtney uses both her advanced training and personalized approach to ensure that each patient receives exceptional support and solutions for their hearing needs. Courtney stays updated with the latest advancements in the field and has shared in clinic awards such as the Team First Impression Award. Outside of work, Courtney is a Volunteer Fire Fighter.

        Creation and fitting of custom-made earplugs for hearing protection, swimming, musicians, and other specific needs. Also includes earmolds for hearing aids or in-ear monitors.

        Selection, fitting, and programming of hearing aids to address hearing loss. This includes counseling on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
      • Hearing Evaluations
        Comprehensive assessments to evaluate hearing abilities, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.
      • Industrial Audiology
        Workplace hearing evaluations, noise exposure assessments, and recommendations for hearing conservation programs to prevent occupational hearing loss.
      • Pediatric Audiology
        Specialized services for children, including hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and educational support for parents and caregivers.
      • Tinnitus Evaluation and Management
        Assessment, counseling, and development of strategies to manage tinnitus (ringing or buzzing sound in the ears).
