Dr. Shannon Smith has been a clinical audiologist for the past 30 years, so she has unique insight into how to help her patients achieve their greatest success. A Central Michigan and Michigan State University graduate, Dr. Smith provides unparalleled care by using best practices and taking the time to get to know each patient. She knows that exemplary care comes from using creativity and paying attention to minor details for every patient. Her days revolve around her wonderful husband and co-owner Patrick, daughter Lexy, and dog Sadie. A little-known fact: She once chased a purse snatcher and caught him (and would not recommend that anyone else attempt that).
Dr. Alyssa Rose earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Central Michigan University and grew up in the Upper Peninsula. She loves to swing dance, spend time with her energetic son Parker, and create macrame crafts in her free time. Dr. Rose loves to help members of the mid-Michigan community discover better hearing and feels that education is key to her patients’ success. She developed our Allied Hearing rehabilitation program and is continually developing educational resources for our patients that help guide their progress. Dr. Rose is known for being the first one to offer aid to someone in need and has an amazing smile.
Working with an Audiologist that follows best practices (just like Dr. Cliff does in his clinics) is the key to a life-transforming hearing care experience.
That’s why our network was created, to help people just like you find a local audiologist that follows Best Practices.
Reconnect with everything you’ve been missing. The Guided Hearing Experience is the first step to understanding whether you may have hearing loss, and is a helpful way to prepare for a full evaluation with a certified provider.
Untreated hearing loss can slowly affect more than communication. It can increase the risk of isolation, impact mood, and contribute to cognitive decline over time. The good news is that taking the first step toward understanding your hearing is simple and empowering.
Hearing is complex, and an online screener only tells part of the story. HearingLoss.com–certified professionals provide the highest level of clinical and patient care to give you a complete and meaningful understanding of your hearing.
