Dr. Lauren Esposito earned her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders at Radford University in Virginia. In 2015, after completing her residency at the Veterans Affairs clinic in Knoxville, she received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Tennessee. She began her career at Falls Hearing Center as an employee, before purchasing the practice in December 2020. Her passion for audiology began in high school when she took an American Sign Language class; she knew right away that she wanted to work in hearing care. She loves helping patients stay connected and is proud of her patient-focused team.
Kelley Haynes earned her associate’s degree from Virginia Highlands Community College, where she is recognized as a top 50 distinguished alumna. She completed her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders at Radford University in 2003 and holds a board-certified dispensing license in Virginia. Her experience includes working as an audiology technician at a county community hospital and at an ear, nose & throat specialists’ office. Inspired by her father’s hearing loss, Kelley has been a dedicated hearing instrument specialist on our team since 2010, helping patients reconnect with loved ones.
Erin Vance earned experience in patient care while working in a medical center step-down unit, assisting patients who required close monitoring, but not intensive care. She now brings that same dedication to Falls Hearing Center as a hearing instrument technician. Erin thrives in a small, privately owned practice where she can build meaningful connections with patients, their families, and coworkers. She takes pride in being part of patients’ hearing journeys, helping them reconnect with loved ones and improve their quality of life through better hearing.
Heather Widener gained experience in medical office settings while working in the general surgery department at a hospital. She enjoyed patient interactions and the fast-paced environment, which led her to transition to a small private practice. As office manager and billing specialist, she values the personal care patients receive and the opportunity to help them rekindle relationships with friends and loved ones through enhanced communication. Heather treats every patient with the kindness and respect she would want for her own family, making their journey to improved hearing as smooth as possible.
Ashley’s vast and varied experience in office coordination and family services comes from her time as a parent coordinator and assistant at Care Connection. She brings a passion for patient care to Falls Hearing Center, where she strives to make every visit welcoming and enjoyable. She loves meeting new people, seeing patients’ happy faces when they leave, and working with a team that feels like family. Helping others rediscover the joy of hearing makes her role deeply rewarding.

That’s why our network was created, to help people just like you find a local audiologist that follows Best Practices.

Hearing is complex, and an online screener only tells part of the story. HearingLoss.com–certified professionals provide the highest level of clinical and patient care to give you a complete and meaningful understanding of your hearing.
