Jami received her degrees from Baylor University, and A.T. Still University-AHSC. Jami has been providing expert care and honest answers since 1987. She is a member of American Speech Hearing Association, American Academy of Audiology, and Past President for the Texas Academy of Audiology. She specializes in Cochlear Implants, and Bone Anchored hearing implants. Jami stays updated with the latest advancements in the field and has been honored with a Partner Award and has shared in many clinic awards like the Collins Operational Effectiveness, Team First Impression and the Outstanding Practice Achievement Award. Outside of work, Jami loves to scuba dive, cook, and spoil her grandchildren.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Science in Audiology from Aalen University in Germany and is a licensed hearing instrument fitter and dispenser. Before joining the clinic, she completed multiple internships at hearing clinics and at an ENT practice, where she developed her skills in patient care and advanced hearing technology. Bianca takes a personalized approach to care, ensuring that each patient receives solutions tailored to their unique hearing needs and lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys playing board games with family and spending time with her two boys, ages 11 and 1. Bianca also finds joy in music as a flute player in a local community orchestra. “I love helping my patients improve their quality of life through better hearing.”
