    With more than 26 years of experience in audiology, Michelle Woodward, Au.D., is committed to providing exceptional hearing healthcare with a patient-first approach. She received her undergraduate degree from Truman State University, her master’s degree from Western Illinois University, and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Woodward also serves as the Volunteer Clinical Director of the Healthy Hearing Program for the Missouri Special Olympics, supporting athletes through comprehensive hearing care and providing access to services. In her free time, she enjoys time on the family farm with her husband and traveling to see her daughters in Florida and Washington.

    Dr. Karlie Snyder earned her undergraduate degree in communication disorders from Truman State University and her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center, where her tinnitus research received an Exemplary Research award. Dr. Snyder joined Hearing Care Partners as an extern in June 2024 and, following her graduation in June 2025, accepted a full-time position as an audiologist. She values the blend of science, technology, and personal connection that audiology provides. Outside the office, Dr. Snyder enjoys spending time with her wife and their two dogs, Bailey and Blue, as well as golfing and reading.

    Alisha brought her trademark enthusiasm for helping others when she joined Hearing Care Partners. “I love that I get the opportunity every day to help patients hear their family and friends again,” she says. Alisha earned her associate degree at Moberly Area Community College and also attained a certificate through the International Hearing Society Distance Learning Course. Her robust experience also includes past work as a dental assistant and an independent insurance specialist. Outside the office, Alisha cherishes time with family, including her husband, Neil; her children, Troy and Maddie; and their pooch, Milo. She and Neil can also be found golfing, playing cards, or barbecuing.
