    Audiologist Dr. Michelle Woodward co-owns Hearing Care Partners, a thriving practice with seven locations across Missouri. She has a master’s degree from Western Illinois University and an audiology doctorate from Arizona School of Health Sciences. With more than 26 years of experience in audiology, Dr. Woodward is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered health care. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She also serves as the volunteer clinical director of the Healthy Hearing Program for the Missouri Special Olympics, supporting athletes through comprehensive hearing health care and providing access to services. In her free time, she enjoys living life on the family farm with her husband and traveling to see her daughters in Florida and Washington.

    Nicole Poppa joined the Hearing Care Partners team in Maryville in 2021, starting out as a patient care coordinator, moving up to audiology assistant, and finally becoming a hearing instrument specialist in 2022. Before joining the team, Nicole spent nine years working with nursing home residents, where she served as lead cook for four years before being promoted to business office manager. Nicole loves working directly with patients, building relationships, and sharing the gift of better hearing. She is married to her best friend, Matt, and cherishes their family, which includes five children and one grandchild, with another on the way! They live a very simple life and enjoy spending time at home and outdoors.

    Madison Auxier joined Hearing Care Partners in 2025. She earned her degree in business management from Northwest Missouri State University and completed work to become a certified occupational hearing conservationist. With a background in banking, retail, and hospitality, Madison enjoys helping others feel more connected through better hearing. She values the supportive team environment and finds her work rewarding. Outside the office in Maryville, she enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
